Position Overview:
The firm is inviting applications for the position of Associate in its Commercial Litigation & Arbitration practice. The role involves working on high-value disputes, arbitration matters, and court litigation, offering hands-on exposure to complex legal proceedings.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drafting pleadings, written submissions, and legal opinions
- Assisting in arbitration proceedings and commercial disputes
- Conducting legal research and case analysis
- Appearing before courts/tribunals (as required)
- Assisting senior advocates in litigation strategy and case preparation
- Managing case files and ensuring procedural compliance
Eligibility:
- PQE: Typically 1–3 years (preferred for such roles)
- Strong interest and background in commercial litigation and arbitration
- Excellent drafting and legal research skills
- Ability to handle litigation work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior law firm or chamber experience preferred
