Position Overview:
The firm is hiring a Paralegal to join its Company Secretarial team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers an excellent entry point into the legal profession, particularly for candidates interested in corporate governance and compliance. The position involves supporting corporate transactions, maintaining statutory compliance, and working closely with experienced professionals in a structured and supportive environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with Companies House requirements
- Support corporate transactions and manage related documentation
- Assist with company incorporations and ongoing compliance obligations
- Provide reminders and ensure timely filings
- Contribute to audit responses and governance-related tasks
- Offer guidance on Companies House procedures and requirements
