Position Overview:
The organisation is hiring full-time lawyers on a retainership basis to manage and represent the company in its litigation matters across multiple domains of law.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling company litigation matters
- Representing the company in civil, criminal, arbitration, and rent cases
- Managing legal strategy and case proceedings
- Coordinating and handling ongoing disputes and legal documentation
Eligibility:
- Law graduates with 5–10 years of litigation experience
- Strong practical exposure to court procedures and dispute resolution
- Ability to independently handle litigation matters
