Position Overview:
The firm is hiring a Commercial Property Paralegal for a full-time, permanent role based in London. The position offers exposure to high-quality commercial property work while supporting experienced fee earners. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct client onboarding and compliance checks
- Obtain and review title documents
- Prepare sale and auction packs
- Draft replies to CPSE and SCR enquiries
- Draft landlord and tenant documentation and sale contracts
- Prepare Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) returns
- Handle Land Registry applications and respond to requisitions
- Prepare completion statements, invoices, and accounts forms
- Assist with post-completion work and file closure
- Provide support on corporate property matters where required
Eligibility:
- Prior experience as a paralegal in commercial property (preferred)
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach
- Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and legal systems
