Internship Overview  

This internship aims to provide law students with hands-on experience in real estate law. Interns will gain exposure to the complete lifecycle of property matters, from title verification and due diligence to legal research and drafting of real estate documents.

Roles and Responsibilities  

• Mode: Offline Internship  
• Assist in real estate due diligence  
• Conduct legal research on property laws, RERA, and related statutes  
• Support drafting of legal documents, agreements, and advisory notes  

Eligibility Criteria  

Law students with:  

• 4th and 5th-year students of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme  
• 2nd and 3rd-year students of a 3-year LL.B. programme  
• Ability to read and understand Telugu  
• Strong research and drafting skills  

Who Can Apply  

Law students meeting the above eligibility criteria with genuine interest in real estate law, property litigation, and transactional practice.

Duration: 1–2 months  

Location: Hyderabad  

Stipend: Performance-based
