Work Profile
- As Associate Director in the Cyber Team, you’ll:
- Build and nurture working relationships with teams and clients to exceed expectations
- Develop data protection policies and procedures per privacy laws and regulations for clients
- Conduct assessments to identify data privacy/protection risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor and evaluate data processing activities for compliance with data protection laws and company policies
- Guide clients on Data Protection Impact Assessments, risk assessments, data governance, application privacy impact assessments
- Design and build security/privacy frameworks, design/re-design processes and privacy controls for clients
Eligibility
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in data protection or privacy compliance
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Technology, or related field
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, particularly the Personal Data Protection Bill in India
Certifications Preferred: CIPT / CIPM / CIPP/E or other related certifications
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
