About the Opportunity

Asraya Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate from recent law graduates (Class of 2025) who are committed, detail-oriented, and passionate about litigation.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assisting in civil, commercial, arbitration, and criminal litigation matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, District Courts, Tribunals, and other forums.

Drafting pleadings, applications, legal notices, written submissions, and legal opinions.

Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.

Attending and assisting in client conferences and strategy discussions.

Appearing before competent authorities and assisting with procedural and regulatory compliances.

Eligibility Criteria

BA LL.B./BBA LL.B./LL.B. graduates from the Class of 2025 with a strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution.
