Describe a challenging task or assignment and how you approached it.

A significant challenging assignment I managed was leading the migration of our company’s legacy client database to a new cloud-based CRM system while ensuring zero downtime for the sales team. This was difficult because of the massive data volume, complex mapping requirements, and the strict requirement to maintain daily operations. Here is how I approached the challenge using a structured, proactive methodology: Situation and Initial Assessment- The existing system was slow, causing inefficient workflows and potential data loss. The goal was to migrate all data to a modern, scalable cloud platform within a tight two-month timeline. The main risks were data corruption during transfer, resistance to change, and loss of productivity.
