About the Competition
The 2nd National Moot Court Competition, 2026 is a flagship event aimed at providing law students with a platform to showcase their advocacy, research, and drafting skills through simulated court proceedings.
Objective:
- To enhance advocacy and mooting skills among law students
- To provide practical exposure to courtroom procedures
- To promote legal research, drafting, and oral argumentation
Participants must:
- Register as a team (generally 2 speakers + 1 researcher)
- Submit memorials within prescribed deadlines
- Maintain anonymity as per moot rules
- Adhere to competition guidelines
Eligibility
- Students enrolled in 3-year or 5-year LL.B. courses from recognized institutions
