About the Internship
Elixir Legal is inviting applications for the position of Assessment Intern. This internship is suited for students keen on gaining hands-on experience in indirect taxes, commercial transactions, and legal drafting.
Duration
Minimum 2 months (extendable based on performance)
Eligibility
Final or penultimate year law students
Responsibilities
- Assisting in drafting replies to Show Cause Notices, Appeals, Departmental Correspondences, Writ Petitions, and Legal Opinions
- Conducting legal research and case law analysis
- Preparing brief notes and case summaries
- Attending department/court hearings (wherever feasible)
