Position Overview
The firm is looking for an Associate to join its Real Estate practice group at the Hyderabad office. The role involves working on high-value real estate transactions, complex title verifications, and providing strategic legal advice on property-related regulations in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Roles and Responsibilities

Type: Full-time Associate.

Title Due Diligence: Conducting comprehensive title searches and preparing detailed Title Investigation Reports (TIR) for residential, commercial, and agricultural lands.

Drafting & Vetting: Drafting and negotiating various real estate documents, including Sale Deeds, Lease Agreements, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), and Mortgage Deeds.

Regulatory Compliance: Advising clients on RERA registrations, land use conversions, and local municipal laws.

Transaction Support: Assisting in the end-to-end execution of real estate transactions, including stamping and registration procedures.
Eligibility

Experience: 2 to 4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) specifically in Real Estate law.

Education: LL.B. degree from a recognized university.

Skills: Proficiency in local land laws (Telangana/Andhra Pradesh), strong analytical skills, and experience in handling high-volume due diligence.

Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Telugu is highly preferred for reviewing local land records.
