About the Opportunity

Roles and Responsibilities
The selected Associate will be responsible for drafting replies, affidavits, suits, complaints, legal notices, and other pleadings. They will conduct legal research on indirect tax, banking laws, and commercial/corporate laws, and regularly appear before various courts and tribunals in Delhi and Noida. The role provides direct exposure to court procedures, client interactions, and case strategy discussions, making it an ideal opportunity for those passionate about litigation.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have prior exposure to indirect tax and banking laws and should currently reside in Delhi/NCR. The chamber is looking for genuinely driven, self-motivated individuals who are willing to work in a challenging yet growth-oriented litigation environment.
