Role Overview
Sprinto is currently seeking a Senior Associate – Legal, a dynamic professional who combines legal expertise with a passion for technology and innovation. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll work with GPT-powered tools and contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems to automate and optimize contract reviews. You will lead the end-to-end contract process, handling SaaS agreements such as MSAs, DPAs, BAAs, NDAs, and partner contracts, while working closely with Sales and Finance. Privacy compliance will also be a major area of focus—you’ll manage GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other regulatory obligations. From drafting contracts and reviewing vendor privacy policies to advising on legal risks in go-to-market strategies, you’ll ensure Sprinto remains legally sound while scaling globally. You’ll also support governance matters and IP protection efforts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone with 2 to 4 years of legal experience, particularly in the SaaS or tech industry. Familiarity with licensing agreements, data privacy laws, and global compliance frameworks is essential. You should be adept at using AI-powered legal tools and capable of improving contract turnaround times. Excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset are crucial. You should be comfortable working across teams, time zones, and departments—always with a “yes, and here’s how” approach to legal enablement. A bonus would be any exposure to AI governance or certifications such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
