We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal intern to provide legal support on various aspects of our business. The successful candidate will be involved in contract drafting, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, intellectual property matters, and other legal matters that arise within the crypto and blockchain industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on various topics related to cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, Investment and Banking Laws, including but not limited to regulations, securities laws, investment laws and privacy laws.
- Analyze and interpret laws and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents such as legal opinions, memoranda, and corporate resolutions.
- Provide legal support to various departments within the company, including but not limited to product development, marketing, and compliance.
- Collaborate with outside counsel and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to cryptocurrency, blockchain technology and the related Investment instruments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Strong knowledge of securities laws, privacy laws, and regulations related to cryptocurrencies and Investments.
- Excellent analytical and research skills.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
