Deputy Project Officer (HR) – Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a full-time graduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) from a recognized university/institution approved by the UGC.
In addition to this:

Candidates should possess a Postgraduate degree in Management (with a specialization in HR/Personnel) or a Postgraduate degree in Law.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required in areas such as HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Training & Development, Administration, or Legal Affairs within government institutions, public sector units, or reputable private companies.

Preference will be given to those with practical experience in legal service matters, RTI compliance, and familiarity with HR software modules.

Senior Consultant (Legal) – Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess a Graduate degree in Law (LL.B.) or a 5-year integrated law degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized or deemed university.
Additional mandatory qualifications include:

At least 25 years of post-qualification experience in practicing law, particularly in Civil Courts, High Courts, or tribunals in Andhra Pradesh.

Deep familiarity with arbitration laws and procedures is expected.

The candidate must have retired at the level of GM or AGM in the Legal department of any Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) in India.

Of the total experience, the last 10 years must have been exclusively in the legal domain.
