About the Role

SFLC.in is inviting applications for a Communication and Social Media Internship. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work at the intersection of digital rights, content creation, and community engagement. Interns will actively contribute to social media strategies, content writing, and event support, helping advance SFLC.in’s mission to promote digital freedoms in India.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field
Strong familiarity with social media platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Responsibilities

Develop engaging short- and medium-form content for social media and blog posts
Assist in building and managing the Social Media Calendar
Draft internal and external communications and emails
Contribute to community-building efforts and support events and meetups hosted by SFLC.in
