Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents, agreements, and contracts

Providing legal advice on commercial activities and operational matters

Attending court hearings and coordinating with external lawyers and solicitor firms

Ensuring compliance with property, consumer, and contract laws

Managing interactions with statutory and regulatory authorities

Traveling to various locations as required for court-related matters
Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
-
8–10 years of experience in legal departments of reputed organizations

Strong knowledge of Contracts, Property, Consumer Law, and Litigation

Experience in handling court proceedings and legal filings
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Willingness to travel for legal proceedings as required
