About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Legal Retainer (Full-Time) to join our legal team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for legal professionals with 7 to 10 years of experience in the real estate sector, particularly with expertise in property laws and land matters in Uttar Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal due diligence on land and property matters

Manage property acquisitions and title verifications

Draft and vet property-related legal documents in both Hindi and English

Handle property registrations and legal formalities

Coordinate with local authorities regarding real estate policies, especially for high-tech township projects
Required Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in real estate legal practice

In-depth knowledge of property and land laws specific to Uttar Pradesh

Prior experience working with real estate companies

Excellent proficiency in both Hindi and English

Strong drafting and negotiation skills
