Ansal API is seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Retainer for a full-time, on-site position in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will bring 7–10 years of solid experience in real estate law, with a strong understanding of land-related legal processes in Uttar Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal due diligence and land acquisition processes

Review and verify property titles

Draft and vet property-related documents in both Hindi and English

Handle legal aspects of registrations and coordinate with local authorities

Ensure compliance with high-tech township regulations and policies
Candidate Requirements

7–10 years of experience in real estate law, preferably with reputed real estate firms

In-depth knowledge of property laws and land regulations specific to Uttar Pradesh

Fluency in both Hindi and English (spoken and written)

Previous experience handling documentation, legal registrations, and government liaison work
Location
