Position Overview
The firm is looking for an Indirect Tax Professional to join its specialized Indirect Tax team in New Delhi. This role is designed for a professional who can blend technical tax knowledge with commercial pragmatism to solve high-stakes tax challenges for clients across various industry sectors.
Roles and Responsibilities

Type: Full-time Professional.

Advisory: Providing high-level legal opinions on GST, Customs, Excise, and Service Tax matters.

Litigation Support: Drafting appeals, writ petitions, and submissions for various judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including High Courts and Tribunals.

Compliance & Audit: Conducting tax health checks, due diligence, and providing strategic advice on tax-efficient business structures.

Client Representation: Representing clients before tax authorities during assessments, audits, and investigations.
Eligibility

Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Law Graduate (LL.B.).

Experience: Relevant post-qualification experience (PQE) in Indirect Taxation (typically 1–4 years, though specific seniority may vary based on the candidate).

Skills: In-depth knowledge of the GST framework, strong analytical abilities, and excellent legal drafting skills.
