Position Overview

The firm is looking for Interns to join its office in New Delhi. This internship is designed to provide law students with exposure to diverse practice areas, involving both litigation support and corporate research under the guidance of experienced partners.

Roles and Responsibilities

Legal Research: Conducting detailed research on various statutes, case laws, and regulatory frameworks.
Drafting: Assisting in drafting legal documents, including petitions, applications, notices, and agreements.
Court Assistance: Shadowing seniors during hearings at the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and various Tribunals.
Briefing: Preparing case summaries and briefing notes for ongoing matters.

Eligibility

Education: Law students currently in their 4th or 5th year (5-year course) or 3rd year (3-year course).
Skills: Strong research and writing skills, proficiency in legal databases (SCC Online, Manupatra), and a good command of English.
Attributes: A high degree of professionalism, punctuality, and a keen interest in litigation and corporate practice.
