Position Overview

Narayana Health is offering an In-house

Legal Internship at its corporate office in Bangalore. This role provides law students with a rare opportunity to understand the intersection of healthcare, business, and law, focusing on corporate compliance and contract management within a large-scale corporate environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Contract Lifecycle Management: Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and vetting various commercial agreements, including vendor contracts and service agreements.
Legal Research: Researching healthcare regulations, labor laws, and corporate governance standards applicable to the medical industry.
Compliance Support: Assisting the legal team in ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and internal policies.
Documentation: Maintaining legal databases, tracking litigations, and organizing corporate secretarial documents.

Eligibility

Education: Law students currently in their final or penultimate year of a 5-year or 3-year LL.B. program.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, a solid grasp of the Indian Contract Act, and proficiency in MS Office.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, professional conduct, and an interest in pursuing a career as an in-house counsel.
