Position Overview:
AerFin is hiring a Paralegal to support its growing legal team. This role involves assisting with a wide range of legal, compliance, and administrative tasks, including contract management, legal documentation, and internal advisory support. The position is suitable for both fresh law graduates and candidates with prior legal experience, particularly those interested in corporate, commercial, or aviation law.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain legal records, contracts, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Process invoices and coordinate execution of legal documents
- Complete KYC forms and review AML/KYC documentation
- Monitor sanctions alerts using compliance tools
- Assist in drafting data protection and compliance documents
- Draft and review legal documents (NDAs, T&Cs, transactional documents, policies)
- Prepare board minutes and written resolutions
- Maintain legal templates and precedents
- Support implementation of legal tech tools
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Respond to legal queries and triage requests
Eligibility:
- Law degree or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage workload in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information
- Collaborative and flexible working approach
Preferred (not mandatory):
- Prior experience in aviation law, corporate/M&A, commercial, or finance
