Job Overview
ArborVitae is hiring a Legal Associate – Civil Litigation with 0–3 years of experience to join their organisation in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting civil litigation matters with a focus on legal research, drafting, and case documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities
Mode: Fulltime, Offline
– Conduct legal research and case law analysis
– Draft notices, agreements, and legal documents
– Support senior associates in case preparation and documentation
– Coordinate filings and maintain case records
– Perform due diligence and review basic contracts
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with:
– Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B./J.D.)
– 0–3 years of experience as a junior advocate or associate
– Strong understanding of fundamental legal concepts
– Good drafting and research skills
– Attention to detail and willingness to learn
– Basic knowledge of court procedures and documentation
– Proficiency in legal research tools
– Fluency in Kannada is mandatory
