Job Overview
Bonum Lex LLP is hiring an Associate to join their office in the Greater Delhi Area. The role spans contracts, litigation, arbitration, regulatory liaison, and client counsel across sectors like telecom, infrastructure, and labor.
Roles and Responsibilities
Mode: Fulltime, Offline
– Draft, review, and negotiate contracts
– Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs
– Represent clients in legal proceedings
– Liaise with regulatory authorities
– Provide legal counsel to clients
– Manage multiple legal assignments efficiently
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with:
– Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); LL.M. is an advantage
– Membership with the Bar Council of India or a State Bar Council
– Strong drafting, research, and writing skills
– Proficiency in arbitration and litigation procedures
– Knowledge across sectors such as contracts, labor, and telecommunications
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client management skills
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
– Prior legal experience and interest in pro bono work are advantageous
Who Can Apply
Enrolled advocates with strong drafting, litigation, and arbitration skills, with sectoral knowledge in telecom, infra, or labor law. LL.M. and pro bono interest preferred.
