Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research on various litigation matters.
Draft pleadings, applications, and other legal documents. Assist in court proceedings and case preparation.
Work on matters relating to Company Law, Land Acquisition, Matrimonial Laws, Insolvency Laws, and Consumer Protection.
Eligibility:
Law graduates with approximately 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation.
