Position Overview
DS Legal is urgently seeking an Associate with experience in Intellectual Property matters and Commercial Agreement Drafting to join its team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling matters related to Intellectual Property law.
- Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
- Providing legal support in IP-related work and documentation.
- Conducting legal research and assisting in advisory work.
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in legal drafting.
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Strong experience in Intellectual Property matters.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
- Detail-oriented and analytical approach to legal work.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
