Position Overview:
The role is for a Paralegal (Fixed-Term Contract) who will support day-to-day legal operations. The position offers hands-on exposure to commercial contracts, corporate governance, regulatory matters, and legal workflow management, making it ideal for candidates seeking broad in-house experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and assisting with commercial agreements and legal documentation
- Managing legal queries and supporting internal stakeholders
- Assisting with corporate governance and compliance processes
- Supporting regulatory and legal operational activities
- Maintaining and improving legal workflows and processes
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the legal department
Eligibility:
- Law degree and/or LPC qualification
- Approximately 6 months of paralegal experience (in-house or law firm)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good understanding of contracts and legal documentation
- Clear communication skills with sound legal judgement
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment
