Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research using various resources and prepare concise summaries
- Draft and organise legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Maintain and update case files with accuracy and attention to detail
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and court dates using Microsoft Outlook
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry and filing
- Communicate with team members and external stakeholders to support case progress
- Organise legal materials systematically for easy access and reference
Eligibility:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Effective time management and multitasking ability
- Fluency in English
- Basic IT proficiency and adaptability to new tools
- Prior legal coursework or experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
