Position Overview:
The role of Bids & Pursuits Senior Executive involves supporting and leading strategic bids across innovative service lines such as NewLaw, Alternative Legal Services, Risk Advisory, and Technology. The candidate will manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and deliver compelling, high-quality proposals aligned with client needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support and lead bids and pursuits from qualification to submission and post-bid review
- Develop win strategies, value propositions, and persuasive messaging
- Draft, edit, and refine high-quality proposal content
- Conduct client and market research to inform bid strategies
- Assist in presentations, stakeholder briefings, and bid aftercare
- Ensure compliance, consistency, and adherence to best practices
- Contribute to proposal design, including structured and visual elements
- Manage bid tools, systems, and content libraries
- Analyse bid outcomes and feedback for continuous improvement
- Promote best practices in bid writing and methodology
Eligibility:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bids, proposals, or pursuits within legal, consulting, or professional services
- Demonstrated experience in contributing to successful strategic bids
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Experience managing the full bid lifecycle
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities
- High attention to detail and quality control
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Exposure to NewLaw, Alternative Legal Services, Risk Advisory, or consulting (desirable)
