The Office of Advocate Brijesh is hiring an Associate Lawyer to join their office in Chandigarh. The role involves comprehensive litigation support, drafting, legal research, and direct client engagement across multiple practice areas.
Roles and Responsibilities

– Conduct comprehensive legal research and analyze complex legal issues and case laws
– Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, petitions, and applications
– Assist senior advocates during court proceedings and contribute to case strategies
– Prepare detailed case briefs and maintain overall compliance with legal protocols
– Engage with clients directly to gather information and provide legal updates
– Manage court procedures and oversee the filing processes for various matters
– Work collaboratively with the legal team to meet critical deadlines and procedural requirements
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with:
– Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification
– Mandatory enrollment with the Bar Council
– Proficiency in legal research, legal writing, and drafting
– Strong understanding of legal principles and the ability to analyze case laws
– Excellent communication and client management skills
– Preferred: Prior experience in litigation or relevant internships in a related field
