Piramal Pharma Ltd is hiring a Senior Manager – Legal with 3–7 years of experience to join their office in Kurla, Mumbai. The role focuses on commercial contracts, compliance, litigation management, and business ethics for the PCH business and its product portfolio.
Roles and Responsibilities
Mode: Fulltime, Offline
– Review, draft, and negotiate major commercial agreements and legal documents
– Interpret complex contractual provisions and advise business teams on risk exposure
– Implement and maintain a robust legal and compliance framework for PCH business
– Oversee litigation and dispute matters end-to-end, coordinate with external counsel
– Proactively identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies with stakeholders
– Provide counsel on Business Ethics and Compliance, conduct training and awareness initiatives
– Identify compliance vulnerabilities and develop corrective action plans
– Influence decision-making through strong presentation and negotiation skills
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with:
– LLB degree from a reputed institute
– 3–6 years of practical experience in a law firm OR 4–7 years as in-house lawyer in OTC, FMCG, or Pharma company
– Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
– Strong understanding of FMCG business practices with focus on ethical standards
– Ability to present complex legal issues to non-legal professionals
Who Can Apply
Lawyers with 3–7 years PQE in commercial law, compliance, and litigation. Prior FMCG/Pharma/OTC sector experience strongly preferred.
