Position Overview:
The Paralegal will provide critical support to the legal team, working on complex cases involving vulnerable clients. This role involves drafting legal documents, managing client affairs, and communicating with families and professionals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with Court of Protection applications and client affairs management
- Draft Statutory Wills, Trusts, and other legal documents
- Communicate with clients, families, and professionals
- Maintain accurate files and provide support to fee earners
- Manage deadlines and coordinate court dates
Eligibility:
- Experience in Private Client or Court of Protection work preferred
- Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism
- Good organizational skills and a collaborative mindset
Job Details:

Stipend/Remuneration: ₹28,000 – ₹38,000 per month
