Position Overview:

The firm is hiring a Senior Associate (Information Technology) for a full-time role focusing on litigation and advisory work, especially involving intermediaries and technology law matters.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Managing client relationships and leading interactions
Formulating litigation and advisory strategies
Drafting pleadings for social media intermediaries across courts and tribunals
Advising on intermediary liability, data protection, content moderation, and criminal law
Mentoring and supervising junior associates

Eligibility:

5–8 years of PQE
Strong knowledge of IT law framework, including the IT Act and related regulations
Excellent drafting and research skills
Ability to translate legal complexity into practical advice
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle multiple matters efficiently
