About the Role
As a Legal and Compliance Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing legal and regulatory matters across the South Asia region. Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Offer legal guidance on marketing, advertising, and consumer protection regulations.

Support the development and implementation of internal compliance programs and training initiatives.

Monitor corporate governance and manage regulatory filings and submissions.

Collaborate with global legal and IP teams to ensure alignment on cross-border compliance and legal risks.

Engage with external counsel for specialized legal support.

Provide advice on healthcare interactions, conflict of interest policies, and entertainment/gifting guidelines.
