Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a range of legal documents including:

Vendor agreements

Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)

Service-level agreements (SLAs)

Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs)

Ensure all contracts are legally compliant and aligned with internal policies

Track and interpret relevant laws and regulatory updates
-
Assist various departments in meeting legal obligations and understanding risk
-
Offer day-to-day legal guidance on business operations and strategies
-
Identify potential legal risks and propose risk-mitigation solutions
-
Draft and maintain company policies, compliance checklists, and internal guidelines
-
Review internal and external communications, including marketing materials, to flag legal concerns
