About the Internship
QGO Finance Limited, a leading NBFC in MSME and real estate lending, is inviting applications for a Legal Intern to join our in-house legal and compliance team in Navi Mumbai.
Eligibility
Final or penultimate-year law students with prior experience in corporate law, NBFCs, or real estate finance preferred.
Responsibilities
Drafting loan and security agreements, assisting in conducting due diligence, researching regulatory updates from RBI, SEBI, and MCA and assisting in investor relations operations.
