About Rentkar
Rentkar is a rapidly growing startup focused on promoting access over ownership by making it easy to rent trending products and reduce waste. Our legal team actively handles recoveries, police complaints, court cases, and urgent escalations that directly impact our operations. As a legal intern, you will experience how criminal, civil, and operational laws intersect with business realities.
Key Responsibilities

Draft legal documents including notices, complaints, affidavits, and contracts.

Support ongoing litigation through documentation, case preparation, and coordination.

Accompany legal executives to police stations, courts, and recovery meetings.

Maintain legal trackers, case files, and escalation records.

Conduct legal research on case laws, procedures, and recovery strategies.

Assist in ensuring compliance with rental agreements and contract terms.
