Internship Opportunity
Nuvama Group is seeking a motivated law student for a 6-month legal internship at its Mumbai office.
Key Responsibilities
The selected intern will support the legal team in the following areas:

Conducting legal research and interpreting laws and court judgments

Reviewing legal aspects of new business initiatives

Drafting, structuring, and vetting contracts and other legal documents

Assisting in the development of company policies and legal positions

Performing additional tasks related to legal advisory and documentation as assigned
Eligibility Criteria
-
Currently pursuing an LL.B. from a recognized law school or college
-
Preferably familiar with Corporate and Securities Law
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Excellent legal drafting and research capabilities

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
-
Prior internship experience at a corporate legal department or law firm preferred
