Eligibility Requirements

Must have completed LLB or LLM in the academic year 2024–25

Graduates from premier law institutes (NLUs, JGLS, Faculty of Law – DU, etc.) preferred

Demonstrated academic excellence and strong legal foundation
Roles & Responsibilities
-
Conduct in-depth legal research and assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and related legal documentation
-
Support due diligence and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
-
Track, analyze, and summarize legal and regulatory updates
-
Draft case briefs, internal memos, and legal reports
-
Liaise with internal teams to address legal inquiries
-
Organize legal records and maintain legal database systems
Core Skills & Attributes
-
Proficient legal drafting and research capabilities
-
Sound knowledge of corporate and commercial law frameworks

Familiarity with legal databases such as SCC, Manupatra, and LexisNexis
-
Strong command of MS Office tools
-
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Meticulous attention to detail and efficient multitasking
