Eligibility
- Working knowledge of Kannada.
- Prior exposure to commercial, real-estate, and execution proceedings is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Appearances and arguments before the Commercial Court, Consumer Court, RERA, Magistrate Courts, Family Court, and other local forums
- Drafting pleadings, applications, and notices
- Research and coordination with clients, clerks, and registry offices
