- Associate (or above) – Civil & Commercial – Arbitration
- Associate (or above) – Civil & Commercial – Litigation
Eligibility
Associate / Sr. Associate – Indirect Tax
- Qualification: CA or LLB
- Experience: 3+ years PQE
- Expertise: GST advisory, compliance, refunds, litigation and appeals
Associate / Sr. Associate – Corporate Law
- Qualification: CS (mandatory) and LLB (Preference for candidates from Legal/CA/CS firms)
- Experience: 3+ years PQE
- Expertise: Companies Act, FEMA, FDI/ODI/ECBs, SEBI compliance, M&A, PE transactions, drafting and advisory
Associate (or above) – Civil & Commercial – Arbitration
- Qualification: Law graduate (LL.M. preferred)
- Experience: 3+ years PQE
- Expertise: Civil and commercial arbitration (institutional/ad hoc), drafting, research, and client representation
Associate (or above) – Civil & Commercial – Litigation
- Qualification: Law graduate (LL.M. preferred)
- Experience: 3+ years PQE
- Expertise: Civil and commercial litigation, drafting, research, and client representation before courts/tribunals
