Role Overview
As a Legal Manager, you will take charge of all litigation processes, legal documentation, and matters related to land and property. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external legal counsel to ensure compliance and manage legal risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Handle court proceedings, including drafting legal suits, affidavits, notices, and related filings

Represent the organization in legal disputes and coordinate with external advocates

Manage land-related legal processes such as title verification, registration, and regulatory compliance

Draft, review, and vet various contracts and legal agreements

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely legal support and compliance

Conduct legal research and ensure the organization’s operations align with applicable laws and regulations
Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university

Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation, legal drafting, and land/property matters

Strong command over contract law, property/land laws, and courtroom procedures
