About the Position
Balaji Telefilms is looking for an experienced legal professional to support and lead legal matters for its Digital Media business. This role will work closely with business, creative, production, and leadership teams across the OTT and digital content ecosystem.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to content, production, talent, licensing, and platform partnerships.
- Provide legal support across content development, production, distribution, and rights management.
- Advise internal teams on legal, contractual, and regulatory matters.
- Support content partnerships, brand integrations, sponsorships, and commercial deals.
- Manage IP, rights documentation, legal records, and contract repositories.
- Monitor legal developments and identify potential business and compliance risks.
Eligibility
Experience – 6+ years in Media & Entertainment Law.
Location
Mumbai.
