About the Job
Samvad Partners is inviting applications for an Associate / Senior Associate position in the Dispute Resolution practice at the Mumbai office.
This role offers an opportunity to work closely with our Partner and a dynamic team handling high-value and complex civil, commercial, and arbitration matters (domestic and international) across diverse sectors.
Practice Group: Dispute Resolution / Litigation / Arbitration
Eligibility
- 4+ years of experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and/or arbitration.
- Strong drafting, research, and client-management skills.
- Prior experience appearing before courts, tribunals, or arbitral forums will be an advantage.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to professional excellence.
