Position Overview

MyRupaya invites applications for a Remote Legal Internship offering hands-on exposure to financial regulations, capital markets, and regulatory compliance frameworks. The organisation seeks to engage 4–5 law interns.

Eligibility Criteria

Duration:

• Minimum of 1 month

Education:

• Law students who have completed at least the first year

Traits:

• Strong interest in finance and capital markets
• Good research and writing skills
• Ability to simplify complex regulatory concepts

Commitment:

• Minimum commitment of 6 hours per day

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

• Research on RBI and SEBI regulations
• Summarising terms and conditions of financial products
• Drafting blogs on RBI/SEBI regulations, Banking Regulation Act, Master Directions, LODR Regulations, and IPO-related matters
• Assisting in designing financial awareness posts (knowledge of Canva or similar tools preferred)

Stipend / Perks

• ₹3,000 – ₹10,000 per month (performance-based)
• Exposure to real-world financial regulatory frameworks

Extension

• Subject to performance and organisational requirements

Mentorship:

• Guidance from professionals working in financial research and regulatory analysis
