Position Overview
Plum Stays is offering a Legal & Advisory Internship for law students interested in corporate legal practice. The internship provides practical exposure to corporate governance, compliance frameworks, contract drafting, and regulatory research within a startup ecosystem. Interns will assist the legal and compliance team in documentation, drafting, and advisory tasks that support the company’s operations.

Law students from recognized institutions.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and updating company policies, terms, and conditions
- Preparing and reviewing compliance frameworks and internal SOPs
- Assisting with taxation documentation, statutory filings, and regulatory requirements
- Conducting legal research on applicable laws and industry regulations
- Assisting in drafting and vetting contracts and legal correspondence
- Maintaining legal records and compliance documentation
