Position Overview: Advocate Internship
The firm is inviting applications for Advocate Internship positions with a specific focus on Corporate Compliance, Commercial Disputes, and Taxation. This role is designed for candidates who seek practical, real-world experience in a fast-paced legal environment rather than purely academic research.
Key Responsibilities

Drafting legal documents, including notices, pleadings, and counter-replies.

Conducting detailed case law research for commercial suits and advisory matters.

Assisting in client consultations related to corporate compliance and tax advisory.

Supporting senior associates in court appearances and arbitration proceedings.

Managing case files and assisting with legal filings and documentation.
Eligibility & Preferred Background

Educational Background: Final-year law students (3rd year of 3-year LL.B. / 5th year of 5-year LL.B.) or fresh law graduates enrolled as advocates.

Core Knowledge: Strong academic background with working knowledge of the Companies Act, Code of Civil Procedure (CPC), and Income Tax laws.

Preferred Location: Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around South Delhi.

Skills: Proficiency in legal drafting and expertise in using legal research tools (SCC Online, Manupatra, etc.).
