Position Overview: Legal Intern
Finaurt is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern at its Gurgaon office. This on-site role is tailored for individuals seeking practical exposure to the intersection of law and business, with a specific focus on Labor Laws, Contract Drafting, and Intellectual Property (IP). As a startup environment, it offers interns the chance to take significant ownership of their tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing labor compliance agreements, service contracts, and other legal instruments.

Supporting statutory labor law filings and the maintenance of mandatory registers.

Assisting with IP matters, including trademark documentation, basic filings, and support for hearings.

Drafting internal corporate policies, website terms and conditions, and privacy documents.

Preparing and dispatching formal legal notices.

Supporting the broader team in day-to-day legal and compliance administrative functions.
Eligibility & Preferred Background

Educational Background: Law students or recent law graduates.

Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both English and Hindi (spoken and written) is essential.

Core Interests: A demonstrated interest in Labor Laws and Intellectual Property Laws.
