Eligibility
This opportunity is open to current law students enrolled in an accredited law school, preferably those with a demonstrated interest in corporate legal matters. Since the role requires on-site participation, applicants must be available to work in the Needham, MA office at least once a week, committing around 15 hours per week. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational abilities, and a keen interest in corporate law will help applicants stand out. Teamwork skills, alongside the capacity to work independently, are also essential.
Role
The Legal Intern will support IDC’s Legal Team across a variety of responsibilities central to corporate governance and compliance. Key duties include assisting in the drafting of corporate resolutions, supporting project management initiatives, and conducting due diligence research. Interns will also participate in document reviews, record maintenance, and preparation of materials for board and shareholder meetings. The position offers exposure to both administrative and substantive legal tasks, providing a comprehensive understanding of corporate legal processes.
